Subpoenas only for matters regarding the 7th judicial court. Summons must be served by Volusia County Sheriffs Office unless special permission from the court. Currently the courts have not instituted a list of private Process Servers, in this county. This does not apply to summons outside the jurisdiction of the 7th Circuit Court. Summons can be delivered to the Sheriffs office by our process servers.
